Well I recommend the
Blue Dragon Card
it is awesome for getting out of the 5SR on those 10 min fights and it's still useful at lvl 80

i wouldn't go for that trinket simply because you shouldn't be dying ;) and it doesnt really get inproved stats for wotlk. if any stats at all?

Yes, it's from pre-BC. The
Ace
drops in upper blackrock spire, and was very hard to find. Until the
Leroy
achievement came in 3.0 and every tauren, gnome, and night elf was hanging out in UBRS. Then Aces started appearing like they were wool cloth...
Here's a
review of Blue Dragon
, done before 3.0 by a T6 holy priest. Basically, it scales
amazingly
well past 60,
if and only if you stack spirit
. The equivalent mp5 value of the card is highly unpredictable because of the low proc rate, but on average, it scales with
how much you're inside the 5sr (more time in 5sr = more value from the card; if you're oustide 5sr, then the proc doesn't improve your regen at all)
casting speed (more casts & shorter casts = more chance to proc the card)
how much spirit you've got (since the value of the card is proportional to the difference in your regen inside 5sr and outside 5sr)
Read the review. He's not a native English speaker, and it's a bit mathy, but hang in there. The card is really fantastic.
Except for disc :) My card is now enjoying retirement in the Bahamas. Perfectly, totally useless for a discipline priest who doesn't stack spirit.

Pre-TBC I had
Blue Dragon Card
proc on mounting my horse. That was neat.
Seriously though, some raids it's always up, while others it's never up. It just depends on your luck. It's amazing when up though and you have good spirit.
