You could do it with an addon but I'm not sure one exists to do such a thing. Anyone that needs to know if someone dies is looking at a raid frame and sees such things. And honestly, those mods, the ones that like call out for healing are annoying, I've seen people get kicked from groups because of it. I've even seen people deliberately not heal someone for using them.
