Well, I myself am an 80 death knight but I would say "NO" It is not worth it, Since almost everything that blacksmiths can make is "BoE" It's better to let other people level and you can just give them mats for the item you need crafted.

if your going for tank, then yes, bs is worth it. you get 2 sockets, + you can make decent tanking set from 70-80. you can also craft your own epic items and either sell or use.

along with bs i suggest JC, since you will get 33sta from bop gems, you will get two very nice tanking trinkets there will last for a long time, and if you really want, you can earn a decent amount of JC.

and who knows what they might put in later.
