If you don't intend to spec Elemental, take the healing one. It's better for LHW builds than Chains and will give you a little more flexibility in being able to gear to encounters.

If you know you're going to switch specs, it may be wise to grab what equipment you can now. +hit is a big missing link on alot of gear for us Elemental shaman now, so anything you have with Hit on it I would keep. At least until you reach the hitcap, then you can pick and choose what to upgrade.

you gonna spec to elemental for sure ?
if you are, definitely take the spell one, its a decent upgrade for you, what u have for enhancement is already currently one of the best there is in this patch
