i think its a 4.92 defense rating = +1 defense skill at lvl 80.

i may be a 1/100th of a point off, but iI'll check.

edit: to the best of my knowledge, this is correct.

Also remember that defense is an integer, so it gets rounded down until you make enough for the next full point. Sometimes adding 2 Defense rating will up you a point, and sometimes it will not.

Hi there fellow Wow'ers.
I was wondering, since i couldn't find it anywhere. (looked loosely over the forums)
How much does 1 Defense Point on Stats equal in Gear Defense?

Like... say (just an example) To get 1 point on the stats you would need 5 defense rating on your gear.
