naxx is full of
discipline priest healing gear
pw:shield doesn't work on druid tanks.
rapture returns mana as a % of your Targets mana pool, not your own. warriors and bear tanks return 0 mana.
i re-spec'ed holy while i waited for blizz to fix pw:shield and rapture. CoH makes healing very easy.

I'm assuming by "doesn't work" you mean "doesn't return mana," in which case this is being fixed next patch.
