It doesn't sound like it should work. I mean, if you have a snare on you and jump off a cliff for example, you're not going to fall slower because of it.

it would be in the opposite order and last time i tried it on liver server it didn't work for me. Maybe im wrong but i used to wana do this as well

Even if you cast chains 1 second before griping it still doesn't work. Test it in a duel just now and on some boars outside Org.
