I responded in the other thread where you asked for the same thing. In short, search for it yourself. I'm not google.
the whole reason parry-gibbing was an issue pre-LK was because of crushing blows. That is no longer a concern.
Quoting myself from the other thread for anyone who's interested:
I still can't find a blue post on the topic, but I have found numerous credible sources that do indeed support your claim. I stand corrected and now fully realize that the "parry gib" myth in wotlk was just something that a few people started saying and has now spread wildly as supposed "fact".
Thank you VERY much for the information, It has opened my eyes quite significantly to the actual pros/cons to DW tanking.
I still don't feel that it is AS viable as 2H, but i agree that it is certainly possible and is not as terrible as people make it out to seem.
Here is one article in which the information has been verified for anyone else who is interested:http://www.wow.com/2009/01/29/the-care-and-feeding-of-warriors-eating-your-vegetables/
(Although the article is about warriors, if you Ctrl+F Parry Gib, you will find the proper information.)

You 're completely overlooking the actual AMOUNT the 2% will generate. If your stamina is sitting at 2k pre SSG, that's a whole 40 extra stamina. Whoopity-do. Not even 2 stam gems worth. If you're using a weapon like Worldcarver
for your 2h 2H tanking weapon ( and most will) and replace it with 2 Titanguards
then the health difference is down to 20 stamina. Not even noticeable.
Also, you're not calculating the avoidance gained by using a tanking weapon over a general purpose like DK's are forced to do now.
never said the 2% stam was better just made a point that as one of the tanking options 2% stam is even more appealing to blood or frost because of their already above average (unholy) stamina multipliers, personally I use swordshattering thanks to the fact that it doesn't suffer from DR. And if you'd like me to list the gains from every single 1 hand tanking weapon then i'm afraid i'm not going out of my way that much telling every gain from aevery weapon with every possible combination of stats including DR effects.
