DK Tank/Heroic Gearing

Hey all! :) I've got quite a few questions so bear with me.
I've had the hardest time gearing for heroics as a DK tank. I'm kinda stuck with questing gear that is almost exclusively DPS gear. Almost all the plate/2H drops I'm seeing drop from the Cata normals is DPS or pally caster gear. Im stuck at 325 ilvl and can't seem to improve it. Where can I get a good tanking 2H (so I'm not stuck with

anymore) That doesn't involve CoC?
My rep gains w/ Cata factions from normals is dismal and sometimes non-existent. So I won't be getting rep purples for awhile. Sometimes I get no rep from a dungeon run, (w/ a tabard) can anyone explain?
Right now I'm reforged for hit and expertise. Should I go for hit/exp caps first, or just focus on Avoidance and Mastery? (for dungeons)
Any advice pertaining to any of the above would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Read the stickies. There's a thread called "Death Knight Cataclysm (85) Tanking Guide" at the top of the forums here.
As for the lack of rep, that's because it only works in level 85 dungeons, which entails any heroic dungeon and normal Grim Batol, Lost City and HoO. Everything else is 84 or below.
