Do raid drops have spirit

I'm looking at Throne of the Four Winds drops, and seeing epics with random enchants. Comments suggest the stats will be stamina + 1 core stat (str/agi/int) + 2 rating stats (crit/haste/mastery/expertise/hit). So what about spirit? Do the raid drops have spirit on them?
I'd also like to hear opinions on loot rules. We used to give healers first role on items with spirit or mp5, but now I understand boomkins and elemental shamans get their hit from spirit. So what do you suggest I use to identify items that are meant to be for healers?

Yes the drops have spirit. Spirit is a secondary stat, just like haste, crit, hit, expertise, and mastery.
Just last night we had a mail belt with spirit and mastery drop.
Healers should still get first dibs on spirit items, IMHO.

Elemental shaman
,
balance druids
, and
shadow priests
all get hit rating equal to the spirit they get from items and effects. The two new random enchants, "of the Undertow" and "of the Wavecrest", have spirit on them.
The way I would handle it is to only allow people to use their highest armor tier, and to give priests first dibs on any spirit cloth. Balance and restoration druids are the only ones that can make use of intellect leather, and elemental and restoration shaman are the only ones that can make use of intellect mail.*
*This is assuming that the people aren't idiots that would willingly give up a 5% intellect bonus for using only their highest armor tier
