Do these spells/abilities trigger GCD?

Hey All,

Do Nature's Swiftness and/or Elemental Mastery trigger the global cooldown?

Just wondering cuz I'm pondering a macro for this build (40/0/21): http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=hEczVcMoqsxZV0ek0xo where you essentially do:

/cast Elemental Mastery
/stop casting
/cast Nature's Swiftness
/stop casting
/cast Biggest-Baddest-Lightning-or-ChainLightning

(pray for Lightning Overload)

Or do ppl with this build usually just press 3 buttons?

Natures Swiftness doesn't trigger the global CD, not sure about Elemental Mastery.
