I like my Belf rogue, the AT is a nice little stfu button. but it really comes down to what you wanna be. I admit I went for mine mostly out of looks.

It depends on what you want to do with the character
are you changing for PvE reasons? Orc
are you changing for looks? only you can answer that question
are you changing for PvP? whole new ballgame

I switched from male undead to female orc. Hardiness +
Persistent Earthsiege Diamond
= sweet for arenas.
Extra expertise and Blood Fury are sweet too for PvE.

I'll stay Undead even though Blizz completely screwed us. Our Racial is OP yet they dont touch Humans? They're not even trying to cover their bias anymore.

When I started playing WoW (mid TBC), and was interested in PvP, I asked my friend who showed me the game what race would be best for a Rogue. He said best race overall, and definitely for the Horde, was Undead.
So I originally rolled Undead for strictly PvP, but after questing in Deathknell, around Brill, all of Silverpine Forest, and exploring the Undercity for the first time... I fell in love with the lore. Being Undead is so f'n badass.
So no, I don't see myself ever re-rolling away from Undead, even if the racials right now are not very good at all.
