Donation of cloth quests..

Currently All of the donation of Silk, Wool, Mageweave, etc.. state that you need to be level 60 to aquire.
This is quite inacurate, as the quests level requirements are Much lower.
I'm currently on my BE lock grinding rep for Darkspear trolls, and am interested in knowing what level the donation of Mageweave quest is available, but since they all say level 60, its a bit confusing. :(

It is quest level 60. But not require 60. There is a difference. Usualy repeatable turn-in are listed as lvl 60 quests.
The real problem is, why wowhead doesnt show the Required level of those quests like all other quests.
