In general DK priorities should be roughly speaking (as I'm not a theory crafter by any extent and don't have a weighted table bookmarked):
Str most important (Strength offers a favorable conversion rate to AP, and raises parry so you have a chance to avoid all damage in those rare times when you would otherwise take a melee hit).
Hit Rating (Until hit capped, each 1% increase is roughly a 1% flate rate increase to your dps, yes this is gross oversimplification but it hits home how important it is until your hit capped +8% with a 2hd weapon is hit capped)
Crit Rating (Many DK abilties are reliant on critical hits, either by offering +% damage to criticals, a stackable buff, or the AOE damage of wandering plague. Similarly Critical Rating will affect all your abilities and all your abilities at a slightly greater rate than the +melee critical chance of agility, if your wondering a number of Death Knight abilities are classified as spells particularly Icy Touch)
Agility (Agility offers a smaller relative amount of melee critical chance, it doesn't affect the abilities like Icy Touch that are spells. also it offers a very small amount of dodge and armor increase)
Armor Penetration (Generally a very unfavorable stat, and even more so for Death Knights that deal a large amount of non-physical damage, I'd generally ignore it except in comparisons of items offerring haste vs items offering Armor Penetration)
Haste Rating (A highly undesirable stat for Death Knight equipment, Death Knight's have their dps limited by rune cooldowns which aren't affected by haste. So haste only offers a very tiny increase in white, auto-attack, damage and can make your damage slightly more bursty)
If an item has Attack Power it generally isn't intended for Warriors/Palladins/Death Knights. The exceptions to this is jewelry, which in nothrend generally has AP in place of str on dps oriented examples so its sharable across all the classes. You may find yourself ocassionally using weapons itemized particularly for hunters at times, in this case for comparison it is best to consider 1pt of Str = 2 pts of AP.
Please remember when choosing your weapon a slower weapon with a higher range will raise the damage of your instant weapon damage based strikes: plague strike, scourage strike, obliterate, blood strike, death strike, heart strike.
I agree with bebop with out a link your build looks a bit scattered.
