Your DPS is going be low at that level. You don't have 5/5 Serpent's Swiftness, TBW, or Steady Shot. Those three are the core for BM Hunter's DPS.
The armory is currently f**king up, so I'm unable to view your profile. I'll be able to help better when I can see your profile.
