Wrong, let me educate you. And I'm assuming your fury.
This is your first button
#show Intercept; Charge
/cast Charge; Intercept; Battle Stance; Berserker Stance
/stopcasting
/cast Hamstring
You will charge, change to zerker and hamstring, all in one button. Will use intercept if your in combat. Charge is ur not.
This is your second button
/castrandom Overpower, Bloodthirst,Rampage; Revenge, Bloodthirst, Rampage; Whirlwind,Bloodthirst,Rampage
/cast Bloodrage
/startattack
This one will use all you abilities for which you have enough rage. Spam it until you get the rampage buff. Then spam the next one
This is button
/castrandom Overpower,Death Wish,Bloodthirst; Revenge,Bloodthirst,Rampage; Whirlwind,Death Wish,Bloodthirst,
/cast Bloodrage
/startattack
I just took out rampage cuz you don't need to waste rage on that for 30secs. Just use when rampage is about to cool down.
Button
/equipslot 'Sonic Spear'
/cast Overpower; Battle Stance
Overpower hits hard with a good 2her, can't miss that. Put 2 points in Improved Overpower
the rest is up to you. Use macro's they save you alot of headaches.

couple of quetsions though:
- How of ten do i need to hit the button to make the full macro work, is it just 1 time??
- Can you also make 1 for arms /fury warrior with MS (I miss that here, and I like tot PvP/arena)
thnx a lot for the help

Arms/ Fury would look something like this:
/castrandom Overpower, Mortal Strike; Revenge, Mortal Strike; Whirlwind, Mortal Strike
/cast Bloodrage
/startattack
I recently respecced my warrior to PvP. And most of what I posted above does not apply to PvP Arms because those are simply spamming buttons. In PvP you have to anticipate alot of things.
A few notes on the my first post with regard to pvp.
1. The charge works beautiful, but it puts you in Berserker Stance once you hit it twice and after that once your oponent is in range spamms hamstring. Thats fine and dandy for a fury but for a Arms warrior you will have to stay mostly in Battle Stance. Therefore, you'll have to separate them. Meaning that you'll have to change stances manually.
2. Spamming doesn't seem to work for those DPS buttons I posted. Again, in PvP you have to anticpate what your opponent is doing, or going to do. Spell Reflect for example. I would consider (note that I haven't been Arms for a long time now, switched today) put Heroic Strike, Mortal Strike and Whirldwind on different keys and spam them.
As for your question, you have to hit the key repeatedly. Its a no brainer, spamming. It works very very well for PvE, but PvP you might need to be more creative.

Disagreeing with Firebrand above. This is not button mashing, this is making the best use of the game mechanics.
If blizzard did not want us to use Macros it would have taken that mechanic out of the game.
Using macros prevents one from making coordination mistakes such as hitting the wrong key and going to the wrong stance, etc.
I have not won a fight my hitting random keys, I have won them by anticiapting my enemy's next move. Macro's simply reduce my mistaskes.

is there a macro for equipping your main and off hand weapons after you switch to the sonic spear? is there also a macro that you can make that will equip a shield, shield reflect, and then re-equip your 2 weapons?

Once the rogue has dodged my attack, I press my Overpower macro, which equipps my Sonic Spear, puts me in Battle Stance and Overpowers. To go back to Duel weilding, ive done this:
#show exceute
/equipslot 16
/equipslot 17
/cast execute
I've mixed it in with another move, I press it puts my weapons back on. This is, I find the most effective way of returns, because I don't have to create a new macro and try to find a place for it on my bar.
Execute is keybounded to the side buttons on my mouse, so its rather simple to change back.
And if you want to return to Zerker, simply use the charge macro I posted on the first post.
For spell reflect, I found some macro's on the internet but they were very ineffectice I found, so I made my own:
#show Spell Reflect
/equipslot 17
/cast Spell Reflect; Battle Stance
Refer to the above to go back to Dwing.
