For tanking, which one is better? Is using the Draenei HoT viable while tanking in raids? Is it even worth it?

Casting a 1.5 sec heal on yourself as a tank is ridiculous. Tanks have healers. Tanks need to worry about Agro, having enough HP to avoid burst kills and mitigation.
The minuscule amount of healing the dreani HoT gives you in a raid is not worth stopping your threat generation for the cast time. Plus you cant block while casting. Bad bad bad.
Humans have a weapon skill racial that would be better by the numbers, dwarves have stoneskin for increased mitigation and even gnome escape artist can be very useful to instantly remove snares and stay glued to your target.
