tl;dr
She's defending World of Warcraft against people who complain about it on Wowhead. For some reason, people defend World of Warcraft like it's an immediate family member.
There is only one thing that consistently rubs wowhead people the wrong way: suggesting World of Warcraft is not as spectacular as they think.

That's somewhat of a massive generalisation, considering most of OT don't play anymore.

Geez... let me rephrase the sentence to demonstrate a massive generalization:
All wowhead users get upset when someone speaks poorly of World of Warcraft.
But, I didn't say that. I just said that it is a consistent thing: wowhead users not liking that. And, for the record, I don't have scientific research to back that claim up, just my own experiences.
Do I really have to go through all that disclaimer nonsense?
"This statement is in no way intended to reflect all users of wowhead. This statement was not based on a scientific study. Consult your doctor before trying to consume the statement. Any resemblence to other statements is meerly a coincidence."
I have to consult a lawyer before I post in recycle bin.

2012 has reminded me why I generally hate action movies. (Martial arts movies are an exception).

I managed to reserve the name Banjo on my server, and come MoP I'll have a panda hunter with a bird named Kazooie. \o/

I started WoW way too late for all the cool names. A few of the people on my server that got the cool names without using alternate characters did actually play their toons; I remember Deathknight, Priest and No were quite prominent players on my server. No was a feral druid and was twice champion of the annual Demon Soul duelling tournament. Priest was actually a paladin.

Lol, I remember watching that in the cinema when it came out. :P

Nonetheless, I watched it in its entirety. Overblown special effects and far-fetched plots do not sit well with me. It seemed to drag on forever too, which was exacerbated by being on TV and therefore having ads.
Also, knowing that they're going to win always diminishes any impact the movie might have, IMHO.
That said, I love watching stuff like Rambo, anything by Steven Seagal or JCVD; because to me they're the sort of tough but down-to-earth characters that you enjoy cheering on. Cheering on the American government inside a gigantic metal arc full of satellite gadgetry just seems lame.

I found it hilarious with how overwhelmingly clichéd the whole film was, and I was losing the will to live the longer it lasted.

You could always, y'know, walk out of the cinema.
