It's mostly about ensuring the most precise price possible. You'd be surprised how often a 1 cent margin means something.
When I still paid for my gas with cash, I would always fill up the tank so that the price would be $20.02, rounding down to exactly $20 in cash, to get the extra 20ml of petrol. But that's because there's no opportunity cost for me.
If I had to buy something for $19.98, I wouldn't care about the 2 cents change I'm entitled to. If you're running your business on the basis of earning 1-2 cents per transaction, unless you're selling items for <20c, you're doing a bad job in the first place.

I just noticed something about my (lack of a) love life, all the times I dated it was the girl that asked me out. I have had 4 girls ask me out but I have never asked anyone out... Is this odd?
Also good morning (he says at 3:30 am...)

Randomly ran into Ashelia on reddit the other day, no idea she even went on there. Was pleasantly surprised.
Yeah she's on the league subreddit a lot

I feel most of the time that getting it over with first thing in the morning helps, especially if I have obligations for the rest of the day. Otherwise I'll be thinking "ah crap, I need to exercise later, I wonder if I have time, I'd better skip this and that".
I know that feeling, but with weights. I hate lifting weights anytime before afternoon though.

Reddit is a haven for liberal group think. The front page is always covered in stuff bashing Republicans/Conservatives. Those that disagree with the majority have their ability to post diminished. They are ostracized and bullied, usually in the name of tolerance. The site is vile. There are a few characters around here who would probably love it.

Name any other place, aside from Fox related, where Republicans are not bashed?
Such is the way of the internet. Reddit is just a particularly nasty customer. When Gawker exposed a pederast, who has a subreddit forum for posting sexually explicit photos of underage girls, Reddit stopped all linking of Gawker articles to its site. In essence, it stood up FOR the pederast. The site is vile. Its admins are vile. Its users are vile. There might be a few corners of it where one can go and talk about WoW or whatever, but lurking behind nearly every post is a troll bully.

And considering that main Internet demographic will be majority in couple of decades, Republicans need some PR changes.
I don't agree. I've never been one to change my views because of popularity, or because people try to push me around. I've seen nothing on the internet or otherwise that proposes a logical and acceptable argument for accepting liberalism, other than bumper-sticker slogans and mockery.
Anyway, in a couple of decades, a majority of the reddit users will be all grown up, and shed their cocoon of naivety, and like a butterfly, mature into conservatives. Happens to most generations. When that happens, the internet will better reflect the conservative/liberal balance that the rest of the world has. It's just in THIS time, the internet is vastly liberal because the older generation came around before the internet became popular, and were never really accustomed to computers.
Most of you will be conservative by the time we are all old. Either that, or you'll find yourselves to be in the minority of your peers. In a way, I don't look forward to that day. There is something noble about fighting for a cause in the face of the intolerant masses.
