SANTISMA MADRE DEL DIOS TODO PODEROSO!
O_O
I'm seriously tempted to get that addon for Skyrim (see why the PC version BLOWS the console version sky-high?). The only thing keeping me is that its almost 1gb heavy, and clashes pretty violently with the lore.
But you know what? WHO CARES? Good lord, IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL! This addon changes Skyrim into a tropical climate. From the description page:
The tundra area has been converted into a desert with small amounts of vegetation. I have Also added sandstorms to this area.
The coastal areas have been given new life, they now feature warm sands and shady palms.
The pine forest has been changed into a dense jungle. Featuring giant palms + many more types of foliage.
The snowy areas of skyrim have been changed quite a lot. After much thought I decided to change them into a grassy environment with a few aspen trees which ended up looking like the area in Oblivion around Skingrad. I have changed the snow shader which puts snow on the top of objects into a grass/moss shader, which puts grass/moss on them.
The aspen forest has been converted into a dense bamboo forest.
The Reach has also been converted into a jungle, however it has darker textures and slighly less dense trees.
The marsh area is still a marsh, only now it has brown muddy water, cattails, and jungle foliage.
I have retextured the glaciers to turn them into huge cliffs.
The volcanic tundra has been transformed into a firey wasteland with darker rocks, very small patches of lava oozing from the ground and small fires dotting the landscape
Honest to god, WATCH the entire video, yes the guy doing the comments starts rambling off, doesn't matter, mute him if you like, just watch the whole damned thing so you can see how iconic places like Whiterun, Markhat, Windhelm, Solitude, and riverwood get changed SO DRAMATICALLY.
Its like playing a brand new game, one set in Hammerfell. Honest to god, BRILLIANT job done on this addon, I'm really tempted to give it a good try.
I guess the main reason I'm tempted to play this is because it would make me feel right at home. Venezuela is a tropical country, and the area I live in, looks very similar to what you see in this mod, as well as other games like Farcry 3. So for me installing this thing, would be like playing "The Elder Scrolls: Venezuela"
Minus chavez. which is always a plus.

I have been thinking of geting Skyrim... But not sure about it. Could this game be good for me? (I'm a guy who likes games where the landscape is northis, I also like to explore alot). I don't know anything about Skyrim so I ask should I buy it?
As a gamer, I can tell you that I fully recommend you to play Skyrim. it is by far and wide THE BEST game ever to come out in 2012. Its not perfect, but its scope is just massive.
If you like to explore vast lands, Skyrim will be a feast for you, as it has Bethesda pretty much put a country in a box. The entire contient is alive, huge, beautiful, huge, complex, huge, varied, and did I mentioned its HUGE?
The longevity of the game has no parallel, I've dunked up to 110 hours into it, and REGRET NOTHING. I can throughly, unequivocally, absolutely, indisputably, TOTALLY recommend this game to anyone with a pulse.
Go get it.
Go get it
NOW!
(If possible, get it for PC; the mileage you can get out of the game in PC Version is ridiculous due to all the FREE fanmade content being pumped out on a monthly basis.)

not very annoying unless it's blinking ads about getting a green card to america if you know the president. (seriously that's all the ads I get)
lol :P that's all the adds I get too xD.
"Choose which of these 3 is the president and WIN US GREEN CARD FOR A YEAR"
Who'd be so stupid as to fall for that? if it was that easy to get citizenship in the US, the country would have twice the population of china.

Naaaaaaaaaaaaaah, I'd keep my Australian citizenship over a US one.

Same. Well.. my Swedish one. I'd pick Australia over America though. If I get to glue an AC to myself.
Come on over. All the Swedish ex-pats in Sydney live in Manly around the corner from Hax's place.

I haven't seen any Swedes in a while, but then again, I don't leave my house often
