You need Cat gear. Agility and Crit Rating that is.

In a 5-man situation, catgear = both feral and rogue-gear.
in a raid-situation, catgear = feral-gear.
Why? Because:
Blessing of Kings. it adds 10% to your Strength-stat, but not 10% to Attackpower.
What does 10% to your strength mean? This:
Current AP from strength with regular talents = 2x1.03x1.1 = 2.266
Add inn Blessing of Kings, and you get about 2.49 attackpower per strength.
Most items have 2 attackpower instead of 1 strength, so I suggest you go for Feral-oriented items (those with strength, agility, stamina and improved armor). But if not, go for rogue-items.
Good examples are both
these
and these.

You will be more then fine going with most of the rogue gear now that HotW is changed. jst remember these rules for druids:
you only really need about 6% hit
expertise is a good combat skill (feral skill was good too)
Agi > str
str > AP
agi> crit rating
hit > str until you get to about 6% (i think the actual number is 5.6% so you dont mis your specials)
something like 70% of your damage comes from specials (shred, mangle and rip are pretty much all you use) so going much higher on the hit department isnt necessary.
other things to note:
-make sure you always have mangle up. mangle up is more important than another shred or ripping.....always. simply because mangle buffs your other 2 attacks.
- on your rotation rip at 4 combo points vice 5 (unless you crit getting to the 4th combo point then obviously rip). rip stops scalng at 4 combo points and you get something measly like an extra 300 damage for that extra combo point

i think it's 7% hit to get rid of all misses. it is a good idea to get to that point, even though you might only need 5.6% to get rid of special misses.
agil gives AP in kitty, so go for as much agil as you can. strength is not nearly as important as agil. get +hit, stam, and agil, and you will be fine for pve. you will want crit for pvp though. critting is really important in pvp because if you have imporoved aspect, it heals you. and if you have a good amount of health, then it heals you for a good amount. it has saved me on several occasions, and it has given me just enough HP to kill that one last guy before DoTs wipe me out.

If you wanna go all out on hit i think its in the 8% range actually. you really only need enough to not miss specials though, your white damage will only go up marginally with more hit above the "cant miss specials" point of around 5.6%. you actually might lose DPS simply because your specials are hitting that much weaker going for more +hit (normally at that point you are gemming)
best way to go overall is just go for as much agility as posible. if you can pick up +hit go for it, if you can pick up a piece with expertise rating on it defintly pick it up. Oh and haste isnt good for druids either
