Ok, I was under the impression that Lifebloom was always our most mana efficient heal. Yes? I was looking at my char on Warcrafter.net and it showed Regrowth as being most HPM followed by Rejuv, HT, then Lifebloom. Is this because it's only considering a 1 stack lifebloom and not a 3 stack?

It's probably both. But its efficiency indeed got a hard hit in 3.0. The amount healed decreased by ~20% and cost increased by ~50%. Regrowth has been our most efficient spell (maybe second after the old LB) before as well but it's likely to go partly wasted. My own healing style has definitely changed accordingly. In BC Lifebloom used to make up about 70% of my healing, now only 30%. Regrowth, WG and even Nourish are very good alternatives in many situations these days. Rejuvenation is just an extra hot to throw out if the tank is taking heavy damage, for me at least. HT is only really used as an emergency heal with NS, like before. I don't really know why Warcrafter.net would consider it particularly efficient, its hpm isn't too great.

For me that definately isn't true. Since Blizzard created the "Glyph of Healing Touch":
, The healing touch isn't really a life saver anymore, it has more become a Shaman-ish Lesser Healing Wave. Even tho' you might consider Nourrish to be such a Lesser Healing Wave spell, HT can be efficient if you spec for it (with the glyph that is). To me, and I think that that's pretty obvious, is Swiftmend the new lifesaver. Now that I'm healing 25 man Naxx with my Valorious-set, I crit (and tbh, Swiftmend crits nearly every time) arround 11k with a Swiftmend. I don't even get there with a HT (without glyph) and if I would, It'd still be way to mana-demolishing than just throwing a Swiftmend on somebody.
I know it's for everyone personally to decide this, but still.... Swiftmend heals a lot these days... and HT costs way to mana for the amount of healing that it does compared to Swiftmend.

why you need that glyph as resto? and you got regrowth......its gimp you self
imp regrowth+ glyph regrowth+living seed= beats healing touch in the dust in both HPS and MPS
well 2 vs 1 emergency heal say it self
and word "emergency heal" go more out on HPS >MPS
if i was you i will reconsider the glyph with regrowth/lifebloom/innervate/swiftmend to one that will do more

I have both the Regrowth and the Swiftmend glyph aswel, that's why I think that lifesavers are pretty useless... as for the simple reason that with the HT-glyph you rarely need any.
If you see your target gets a bit low, you just do your HT and he should get a nice amount of HP back. Besides, the Lifebloom glyph actually isn't that useful, as I mainly use it for the end-amount healed.
But well, as I said befor aswel, it's everyones decision how to heal and what to heal with... I was just pointing out my opninion on things here :).
