Although I'm feral at the moment (because I lvled 1-70 resto....I'll take the quicker route now)
this is the spec I used for my resto druid and should I go back to resto (I'm sorta liking Kitty DPS) it's the spec I'll use.
A resto druid uses HoT's I'm sure you can find useful information in some of the sticky posts in the druid forums. When I'm healing I basically keep a
lifebloom stack up and
Rejuv. That tends to keep them alive for the normal stuff. With big pulls and bosses I will keep those up and then drop either
Nourish or
Regrowth.
Wild Growth is great when you've got alot of melee taking alot of little damage. Drop it on the tank and it's another HoT for them and keeps your Melee DPS up (and Ranged if you all stay close enough).
I do agree with the statement that
HT is worthless especially with
Nourish, however I'm sure there will be situations where a big heal is needed and HT can do that (although it's efficiency is lack luster).
In terms of glyphs I prefer:
Glyph of LifebloomGlyph of RegrowthGlyph of Rejuvenationfor minor glyphs choose your poison.
Also, when looking for gear do not count out cloth, however in todays WoW it's easy to find Leather gear that can do the trick.
