Hello,
I would like to learn how to earn Heroics (you know, these epic currency that you need to get before you can buy BoA items).
From what I can understand, the only way to earn them is to do 10-man raids? Can that be in whichever dungeon you choose, or only in a few dungeons like Ulduar and whatnot?
I've done some reading, but I'd just like straight up answers in here. Just keep it simple. Thanks! :)

Most BoA items are purchased using
Emblem of Heroism
. To get these you must run level 80 heroics or raids which reward
Emblem of Conquest
. Then you convert those Conquest emblems to
Emblem of Valor
at any of those listed on the "sold by" tab. You can then exchange the Valor for Heroism, and consequently buy the BoA items

Yes you have to be lvl 80 to beable to do the heroic instances and 10-man raids in which those drop. Then you take those and convert them down to heroism at certian venders in Dal.

There are also BOA items purchasable with Stone Keepers Shards (drop from ANY dungeon boss in NR while your side has wintergrasp) and Crusader's Seals. Become a champion for a faction at the Argent Tournament, and start earning seals. You can start jousting for the tourney at level 77.
Stone Keeper Shards purchase BOA items with resilience, so they're itemized more for PVP, however they do still grant the 10% + XP so it's still good.

You can also do the daily normal northrend dungeon. But that will be quite slow.
