are you going into the dungeons through the entrance or LFD?
if the entrance then I would guess that a lockout would apply, should be able to right click on portraight and should be a reset instance option, thats my best guess.

Are you doing regular dungeons, or Heroic dungeons? Heroic dungeons can only be completed once a day if you do them manually (ie. not queueing for them with the LFD tool).
If you are doing regular dungeons, you should be able to right-click your portrait and hit "Reset all Instances" as Zeueus already stated.
