The pvp swords aren't ideal, but they do have a clear str advantage in this case, especially when multiplied by 2. If you get the heroic versions of soul blade, make the switch.
Trinkets...hurricane card and license to slay. Crushing weight has the nice static str boost, but the haste proc is pretty much worthless for frost dw. License stacks more str than CW provides, and the hit never hurts.
These
are the stat differences.
While the mastery from the Soul Blade is nice, I don't think it compares to the strength and topend on the PvP weapons, and hey, crit never hurt.
I'd say, Hurricane and License, unless License puts you way over hit cap.

sword. Frost 2H and DW are almost at the same level, but almost all of our strike depend on the weapon's damage.
Is there a point on this sentence? You do know that DW builds count Both weapons on your "special" abilities right?
Ehm...L2 read/think? Where was it said, that DW special attacks doesn't use other weapon? He accidentaly linked a much higher Ilvl (tho clear for u: much higher DPS) sword as the 2x1H swords...
And to come down to u 1 x ilvl 372 > 2 x ilvl 359. I hope that hits your understanding level...

There is nothing said about 1handers. Neither 372 nor 359. In fact you want the op to drop two pairs 1handers he already has and go for Two-hander (which the op doesnt have).
He doesnt need to learn to read. You need to learn to write.
