DW Spec for DK's in 3.2

I just really hope DW becomes the new big thing for pvp
It won't, and you are missing the point. Only three classes dual wield in PvP: rogues, enhancement shamans, and fury warriors.
Rogues don't have a two-hand option, so it's a moot point. They also have stuns to get you to hold still while they whittle you down.
Shamans have Windfury with its internal cooldown. That gives their white hits burst damage comparable to a two-hander.
Fury has Titan's Grip, so their DW attacks are effectively two-handed attacks. They're also not doing too hot in PvP either.
DKs don't have any of these things. Dual wield works best on a raid boss that holds still while you slice him up. No opponent in PvP is going to give you that luxury.
Threat of Thassarian will make DW in PvP less terrible. It won't make it good.
For strictly pvp hence not fighting anything over level 80 you only need 24% hit rating to be white hit capped, 32.79 hit=1%
is -3% to miss so you only need 21% now, 32.79*21=688.59 hit rating to be white hit capped against other players.
will indeed help Dwield in pvp but attacking 1.5 secs faster for half the damage is usually superior in long fights where that extra 1.5 sec can add up to a large gap. In pvp you generally end up with a gap between the players or your back to them where you can't melee which is usually between slow 2hand hits so you hit someone, go out of range, close in and hit someone, go out of range. This generally leaves 2handers ahead as the 1 opening hits harder each time than Dwielding. Not to mention the hit cap for 2 handers is 6% white, 8% melee yellow damage which leaves all the extra stat points to go into direct damage stats like strength.
