I've all 2 points on that talent but it doesn't work, it's bugged or...?

Are you trying to get out of a root effect, like Entangling Roots or Frost Nova? It won't work on those. Also, are you dropping the correct totem? If you don't drop Earthbind Totem, it won't do anything. You need to wait for it to pulse before the effect takes place, too. I think (not 100% sure) that it pulses every 3 seconds.
