Gun'drak is quite easy except Slad'ran (royal pain in the ass) and the last boss is healer intensive.

As the healer none of them are going to be easier than any others. It is all about your group. With a gimp group you will be lucky to make it past the first boss of anything no matter what kind of stats you have. Find a good group and dont worry about which is easier than the other. Make no mistake your difficulty lies with the group not the instance.
