It only costs a couple hundred gold to respec to a different tailoring proficiency. :) Just talk to the specialists, unlearn what you have, and train the one you want. Although the nice thing about these new sets is not only are they BoE (so you can sell them/make them for friends) but they don't require a specific proficiency to wear. The only benefit of being a Shadoweave tailor for the Ebonweave set is to make the cloth twice as fast.
