Effect of lag on shot rotation

I'm currently a BM specced hunter(51/20) with heroic epic/blues. Currently im at 3500+ AP and 25%+ crit and 2% off the hit cap. My shot rotation is the same as any other BM's, Serpent+steady till serpent wears off the reapply and steady again, weaving in BW/Rapid Fire/Kill Shot when c/d is over.

Currently in 10 man i max out at about 2k dps but average at about 1800, and in 25 man it goes till 2.5k. Now my question is that am i doing less dps than i should? I have a steady ping of about 400-500 when i play, could this be affecting my rotation?

That talent link isnt working :) I've been looking for a replacement for that haste trinket. Anyways you didnt answer my lag question :D
