personally, I cast seed, and while its casting i start tabbing. You have time to tab through at least three targets before you need to start casting the next seed, which typically gives me enough time to select a suitable target.
I use macro's very little, I prefer to keybind and have control. Thats just me though, not every one feels the same

Same as harry, I find it easy enough to simply tab through targets. You don't really need a macro for this sort of thing and I can't imagine that it would work too well.

if you have a skull (main target) just spam the seed on them.

Agree. Seed, tab, seed, tab or just keep spamming the seed on the focus
