Not sure on this, but I don't think the spreadsheet has been updated to model the dual proc chance for OH yet.
Also, you should still be going for fast daggers, just put the fastest in your OH.
(e.g. 1.4 MH and 1.3 OH, instead of fastest MH - fast OH they recommended before they found out about the double OH poison thing)

Is this enough reason to switch the daggers around?
Obviously, yes? By the way there was no mention of
slow
in the article. Let me copypasta:
Daggers of nearly the same DPS? Use the faster ones.
Two good daggers of different speeds? Faster in the Offhand.
Meaning, you don't
need
a slow weapon in the main-hand (like your topic suggests), but if it happens that you have two good daggers of different speeds the faster one should be in the off-hand (with instant poison on it) to take advantage of the double-proc bug.
Not sure on this, but I don't think the spreadsheet has been updated to model the dual proc chance for OH yet.
As can be seen in Version History, it has been included since v0.4.2

This needs to be clarified before it gets out of hand.
PVE Mutilate performs better with extremely fast daggers because it actually isn't the most powerful move in your arsenal. White damage is important, and so is poison applications and procs. The more chances to proc poisons or talents, the more Mutilates and high power Envenoms one will get off. This is largely simplified.
At current, there is a bug where the Mutilate off hand component is giving double proc chances each use. This means the faster weapon should be in the off hand so Instant Poison may go off more (higher sustained damage).
If this bug is fixed, things will likely change again.
