Ele or Enh for pvp and why?

If you know your class then enhancement is the way to go. It has a lot of versatility to negate many other classes.

Wolves are incredible for "Oh, $%!#" moments or just taking down someone fast with bl / hero. You have frozen power to freeze and frostbrand to slow. You get Toughness and Ancestral Swiftness right in your main spec so you can save some for Spark of Life if you want more survivability. We can also use maelstrom weapon for instant heals and with the glyph of shamanistic rage you can remove pesky spells like pally stun and deep freeze or even dots. Lastly, we output about the same amount of burst as ele without the chance of being interupted.

Overall, I just like enhance more than ele as a personal preference and I thought I'd put in some information since you did ask for it.
