Can you help me guys?
I dont know what spec i should go for lvling my shaman i like enhan but its sqishy i havent tried ele is ele ok for soloing and what are the up and downs for these spec?
Resto. Restro Shammy's are needed more than Ele or Enhance.

Enhancement is not squishy. I leveled 10-70 (pre-LK) as enhancement and never had trouble taking on two or three mobs at once, even prior to level 40, which is when you can upgrade to mail from leather. If you feel that enhancement is squishy, you can keep a shield (and one hander, before you dual wield) in your bags and make a macro to switch between your hard-hitting weapon(s) and a high-survivability set.
Elemental has slightly higher downtime, due to the dependence upon casting spells, using more mana, and causing you to drink more. It becomes a very viable leveling spec once you get to Outland, though.
Restoration takes a decent amount of time to level. It is the slowest of the other two specs, but you're likely to get a lot of groups for instances, which might make up for the lack of experience from questing, and get you great gear.
Really, just pick the one that fits you best. But if you're going restoration at (or near) endgame, I'd recommend getting there as elemental, because the gearing is very similar, and you won't have to spend time collecting completely new gear before making the switch.

I suggest 1-58 ench, then when your in outland change to ele.
Ive never had a shammy but im pretty sure they're good with ele? Good dps, plus they heal good too with the +spell power?

I didn't say it wasn't possible, I said it wasn't easy :)
2 man quest bosses maybe, 3 man quest bosses is seriously pushing your luck.
I don't know about Northrend, but in Outlands i pretty much soloed every 2/3 man group quest as enha (xcept the giants, the shardlings are pain in the butt). For example I soloed every elite in Terokkar Forest, except .
