I see you don't like to go for gems of a different color than the socket.
Replace the SP+Stam gems with SP/haste ones, as that would be better than the small socket bonus...as long as you're meeting your meta requirement of course.
Get the Sons of Hodir shoulder enchant
It doesn't look like you have any professions...I recommend inscription/JC/Ench for better stats.
Consider eliminating chain lightning from your rotation completely on single target...there is controversy on this, but it can become counterproductive very, very easily. Also make sure you're definitely not casting CL on Bloodlust, as this caps the global cooldown on the spell and actually decreases dps. Use LB instead.
Here is a good source for you.

Oh, and for gods sake please make sure you're putting flametongue on your weapon (youd be surprised)

^ some good advice right there.
Also OP armory could be acting wacky for me, but it looks like your resto glyphs are with your ele spec and vice versa.

LOL, you're right....
Maldazzar, you have your Glyphs backwards....you glyphed your elemental glyphs in your resto spec and vise versa....fix that. :D

According to the armory, you have resto glyphs in your elemental spec. Am I seeing that right? I clicked on your resto spec, and saw your Elemental glyphs .. weirdness. Otherwise, your spec is fine.
Bob and I disagree somewhat on the use of CL. I'm sure one of us is wrong, but neither of us have a strong enough argument (at this point) to convince the other. It's a pretty close thing.
For including CL in your rotation, without destroying your mana, use this rotation:
FS > LvB > LB > CL > LBx? until LvB is available, repeat (refresh FS).
For the most part, I try to only use 2 blue gems, although a +7 spell power socket bonus might tempt me to use a 3rd. Socket bonuses on your neck and weapon definitely do not warrant a blue gem.
As you upgrade your gear, be sure to upgrade to epic gems as well.
That trinket (Fetish of Volatile Power) is terrible. You're better off with Sundial of Exiled in that spot.
Totem of Electrifying Wind is BiS totem for Elementals at the moment. Despite the apparent randomness, it pretty much works out to a straight 200 haste buff with 100% uptime (once you get the first proc).
Good job on your hit rating, but eliminate that +hit gem as soon as you have the gear meet the hit cap without gems.
Obviously, continue upgrading your gear. You have a great deal you can upgrade through badges still. And in the next week or so, it'll get even easier, as heroics will drop Triumph badges, and you can get 4pc T9 very quickly.

Awesome advice guys thanks heaps! oh and thank you for pointing out my glyphs LOL...i wouldn't have noticed it otherwise. Regarding my choice of gems...two reasons why i'm using them...one i have OCD and hate not having socket bonuses lol, and two i'm poor! so hence the crappy gems.
Basically, go with these (somehow) simple rules when gemming:
Make sure you get the 2 blue gems somewhere in your gear, for the Meta (Glowing (+ Spell Power and Stamina) would be your gem of choice here).
When finding items for those blue gems, drop them in the items with the highest amount of total sockets, as these give you the highest socket-bonus. Keep in mind, this has nothing to do with itemlevel. Also, aim for bonuses with Spellpower.
If you got an item with a yellow and a red socket, get a Reckless (+ Spell Power and Haste) for the yellow socket.
Fill rest with Runed (+ Spell Power).
Hope that helps. Oh yeah, and remember than you can buy epic gems for 10k honor, so make sure you do the Wintergrasp quests whenever possible.

1) I understand OCD, just refocus it to make it work for you.
Convert everything to spell power, maximize that.
Rules:
You must have 2 blue gems (Glowing Dreadstone).
Runed Cardinal Ruby (red) = 23 spell power
Reckless Ametrine (yellow) = 20 spell power
Glowing Dreadstone (blue) = 12 spell power
For socket bonuses use:
Int = 0 spell power
Crit = 0.5 spell power
Haste = 0.8 spell power
Please note, these aren't precise values, and the values will change as your gear improves. But for your purposes they're ok as a starting point. Head out to
www.elitistjerks.com
and check out stat weightings discussions for more precise values, and how to update them as you improve your gear.
2) Being poor is no excuse. At worst, you can do dailies for a couple hundred gold per day. Better yet, pick out a profession to level and sell stuff on the AH.
Don't replace your existing gems, but as you upgrade your gear, make sure to outfit it with proper gems.
