Ok, so I've recently been extremely interested in trying to level up an elemental shaman, and I
tried
to make a leveling spec.

I'm really not all that good at shaman specs, so any criticism/ suggestions are extremely welcome.

Reverberation is a waste of 5 points and elemental devastation is only useful to an enhancement shaman. You don't get lava burst until 75 so taking talents that primarily effect it before 75 is a bad idea.

The elemental tree is about to change next patch anyway. You don't *need* Eye of the Storm for PvE. You should be blasting down and kiting before they even get to you. Fire nova talented for the stun, earthbind, frost shock.. plenty of tools to keep beasties away. take those 3 points and max out your imp. shields instead.

You don't *need* Eye of the Storm for PvE.
It is actually quite neat for leveling, as you can handle much more. Melee doesn't get you killed, at all. It's more like an opportunity to get your mana back with Water Shield. The heals are cheap anyway :)

Eye of the storm allows you to take on 3-4 mobs at once with very little pushback. It's an awesome talent for leveling and the points couldn't be spent better elsewhere.
