The last 4 points are up to you. You dont really need the Totem focus, since our totems now affect the whole raid and last 5 minutes, having mana to keep them up should not be an issue.

I leave it blank from my suggestion specs because some ppl like using it, some don't. Its one of those, "Its nice to have but you dont HAVE to have it" abilities. Hence the 4 extra points left over to pick whichever you want.
