How can i find out the prices that enchants are selling for on my realm? I know they vary from realm to realm but what is the best method to finding this out?
This post was from a user who has deleted their account.
Most people are prostituting themselves when it comes to professions though - I constantly see "if I skill up, I'll pay you 25g" in the trade channel.
Generally I only deal in other people's materials, charging a flat 5g fee or 10g if I have to use my HS.
If they don't like it, fine, there IS usually someone else around but I'm not going to worry if I miss out on that 5g.
Having said that, every profession I have (and I imagine most people have) are for the unique boni you get for having them (BS sockets, JC gems/trinkets, Inscription enchants).
I find the best way is to Look up the mats on the AH and u got ur current price just add 10 - 20 % for a tip.
This is a good rule if you're buying or selling via the trade window, but selling enchants via enchanting scrolls can vary enormously in price.
I've seen scrolls selling for less than the price of the mats (not even counting the cost of the vellum!) which have likely been listed by people levelling their enchanting and just looking to recoup some of the costs.
I've also sold scrolls for 200% or more of the mats cost, particularly twink enchants like Crusader.
