i wanna get the fiery wepons enchant but the mats r 2 exspensive in my server so were can i find or buy small radaint shard and essence of fire

I'm assuming from what you've said that you're not an enchanter yourself.

Unfortunately the only way to get small radiant shards (or any enchanting dusts, essences and shards) is by disenchanting weapons or armor. You could farm for items that would disenchant into small radiants but for a guaranteed shard that means rare (blue) items and those are usually BoP so you won't be able to give them to the enchanter.

You need a blue item with an iLevel of 41 to 45, but check here on Wowhead to see what they disenchant into because there are some exceptions.

One other possible way of getting a blue to disenchant is to farm the mats for some Dreamweave Gloves then get a tailor to make them for you (for a reasonable tip) and give those to the enchanter as they are a 100% guaranteed disenchant into the shards you're after.

There are other crafted items that will do the job, but these are by far the cheapest.
