well from what i can see you should probably replace the stamina enchant and gem you have for something other then those, sorry don't know how to link on wowhead or else i would help with that and other then that i have no idea because i am guessing the secondary spec is your pvp one and your primary is pve but your primary isn't loading for me but anyways, replace gear as needed and just make sure you have the priority system down
