Your reforging looks perfect. The only things I would add is that the next patch is adding a 50 agility wrist enchant so you'll want to see if you can wiggle another 50 expertise somewhere once it becomes available. Also, use agil/mastery gems in yellow sockets; mastery is baller, but agility is still better point for point.

I think the addon you're looking for is called Reforginator,

First off in general:
Get Expertise capped (26 expertise / 6.5%) and Hit capped (at least 17% spellhit, more hit doesn't hurt - so don't reforge hit away).
Crit and haste are rated lower than Mastery/Agility. And agility is considered the best to have (but it's on all of our gear).
Therefor: After the obvious hit/exp problem solved, I reforge crit and haste into Mastery.
I gem with Agi, Agi+Mastery, Agi+Hit.
Edit: looking at your profile, you have too little hit. And I saw you were reforging hit into expertise? It's basically like taking a stat you need to get another stat you also need...
I have
~20% melee hit with talents, and about 16% spellhit. Full expertise, and rest reforged into mastery (gives me 38% dmg to nature spells)

When the OP originally posted, everything was capped (very tightly).
FortySixAndTwo, you can try the link in this
post.
I haven't tried it myself but if you have time you could give it a whirl.
