The last thing you want to happen is to oom during an arena match. You will be CC'd or kited whenever you pop shammy rage and you won't have any mana to catch up to the enemy. I recommend the spec I use or something similar.

You'll want at least 4% spell hit and around 75-135 spell pen.

Here are some helpful macros you can try out

I haven't tested this but it should prioritize mouseover interrupt over your focus target over your current target. It will also drop grounding totem if it's off cooldown.
/cast Wind Shear; Wind Shear; Wind Shear
/cast Grounding Totem

Same thing but for hex.
/cast Hex; Hex; Hex

As for your 3 totem abilities that allow you to drop multiple ones at the same time, I use these combinations:
1) Earthbind and Grounding
2) Tremor and Grounding
3) Stoneclaw and Grounding

I don't fill in the fire and water totems because those are either situational or a waste of mana to keep dropping every 13 seconds.

np. Your build is your build man. I will always say I like mine better than anyone elses but yours still has the solid talents. Minor glyphs aren't a huge deal and the water shield one only makes sure you don't have to refresh it as often if you are in fact using that shield at the time. Just keep in mind that by not having Reverberation your interrupt is on a 6 sec cd instead of a 5 sec one.
