Epic Shoulders without raiding?

Hi there, again!
The only item in my set which is not heroic is the shoulders. The vendors acquire some kind of token for epic shoulders.
How can I get epic shoulders without going to a raid, by just doing Heroic 5-man dungeons?
The info undoubtedly must be here somewhere but I just am not good enough a searcher...
I have this item now... The only blue one...

Database-Items-Armor-Cloth-Shoulder, set both min and max ilvl 378, select filter "Drops in Heroic mode (Dungeon)" and there you go.
It's really really easy.
