You shouldn't use envenom because one of your daggers would have to have Deadly Poison on it. You want Wound and Mind-Numbling (given that you have 2/2 Deadly Brew).
Don't spec into Remorseless Attacks, there are better options out there

Evis for PvP. (crits ftw!)
Enven for PvE. (nature damage not mitigated by armor!)
I always use Evis in PvP, it's easier cuz you'll end up with more CPs most of the time than Deadly stacks for an Enven. Also, Deadly is just plain stupid for any PvP. Wound MH, Crip OH.

For 5-mans (including heroics) my DPS is significantly better using Eviscerate + Wound Poison, rather than Envenom + Deadly Poison. For raids, I prefer the Envenom + Deadly Poison because the things stay up longer, and because they have higher armor so the armor-ignoring counts for more.
For reference, this is using a 51/13/7 build, almost the cookie-cutter. I am talented to get the increased Envenom damage, so the Eviscerate preference for 5-mans should apply even more for other builds without the talent.
