Do you mean Blood Elf? At level 60 you can go to outland to your main camp (honor hold or thrallmar)

Only to get some gold off it; if your exalted with the city, you take off quite a big chunk, down to 200 for level 60 and another 200 for Azeroth flying, and down to 4k for Epic flying at 70, and 4k for Master at 80.
