There are already plenty of guides to get you to crit immunity in blues. The problem lies beyond that, into epics.
But help is on the way in the PTR so this might only be a problem for about another week or two.

I used that first def trinket from hellfire peninsula + the tanking trinket from JC all the way till 80 (and, after some 10 runs, replaced it with Loken´s.
If I had remembered this trinket, i´d be sure to grab it
