Looks like you rolled on a tank ring and those aren't very Rogue-like swords. You'll also want a throwing weapon if you want to use spam of knives to boost your trash numbers.
Swap those out as soon as you can.

When I looked you were at 3.7% hit which is way lower than where you need to be. Expertise is also a little low. Reforge those and you'll be off to a good start.

anyway, most of the things have already been said, but if you plan to go combat (as i expect from you gear) cap expertise asap then go for haste, hit is not fundamental.

last thing, i really hope you're a troll.

It can't be a troll. He had to spent points on his current offhand. He is just literally that stupid. I didn't think it was possible.

You need agi items only. No str. Bad ring, bad weapons. Fast offhand, perferably a dagger since new combat set up, with no weapon specilizations.

You need 8% hit, not counting your 6% talent. So 2%. Hit 26 expertise. Get a slow agi weapon, and a fast agi dagger.

Get a thrown weapon or you can't use fans. Which is our trash dps.
Dont use pvp gear to get yourself in heroics. It makes you a bad player.
