Extremely low FPS in WotLK raids

Today I tried to kill the Lich King in the 25H mode after a long time, but I had to leave the group because I couldn't play at all. The fight started, then it went normally for like 2 seconds and my screen frozen and I couldn't do anything. It stood still for some seconds and I died, and when the fight was over, everything was back to normal.

I disabled all my addons, lowered my graphics to the lowest possible, set the resolution to the lowest possible, hid names, name plates and floating combat text, turned off sound, left the VoIP software and even hid my cloak and helm. After doing that all it was the same as before.

I think it's really annoying and i got really frustrated (people tought I was standing in Shadow Trap because I'm a noob). It's strange because when I raid DS 10 I don't have this kind of problem, even when I do LFR, which is 25 man, with everything on ultra and with a lot of addons my FPS is at 60. I've also experienced this kind of issue while soloing Onyxia, when I have to AOE the whelps and in Ulduar when I had to AOE things too, and both in 10 man modes, which doesn't make any sense to me. It seems it's only related to WotLK raids, but I don't know what's wrong.

You've done all the sensible, logical things to do. I can't think of anything further, but I am posting nonetheless to let you know that the help forum is read, and if anyone has a good suggestion they'll let you know.

Did you really disable all addons, even DBM/BigWigs? Did you turn on the display of Lua errors?
