all freezing does is just make it so you can no longer gain EXP from anything (Questing, Monster Kills, Gathering, PvP). So, freezing at 19 would be the best option so you're at the top of a bracket, instead of at the bottom.

Freezing also removes you from the regular que. When you freeze your experience you are only queued with others who have also frozen their experience. this results in much longer que times and a battleground filled with twinks.

~~So basically if you want to que with other twinks then freeze at 19 (just dont expect to steamroll everyone because other players will likely be very geared and at level 19 also).~~ EDIT: TRIAL ACCOUNTS CAN NO LONGER TURN XP OFF AT THE LOWER BRACKETS. SO YOU REALLY HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CAP AND PLAY AT LEVEL 20

Otherwise you will automatically be grouped with the "twink" xp off 20-24 bracket regardless of if you manually freeze xp on your account or not. In other words all trial accounts at level 20 play in the xp-off bracket no matter what.

I believe that they might already be included in the xp off bracket. Not 100% sure though.

As to the OP, the level 20+ bracket will give you the best player pool. Not only because F2P accts auto cap at 20, but because paying players turn xp off at 20 -24, to stay in that bracket bc of shorter queue times.

One thing to remember though... even if you play a trial account for years and farm every BOA item you can get, you still will not have access to the guild vendor items, nor the higher level weapon and armor enhancements. Example.. a ftp rogue can get 3? agil on gloves.... My paying rogue can get 15.

It doesn't matter how good a F2P player is.. if they are getting one shotted, they really don't have time to be good, now do they?
